Perhaps never in our history has this teaching of Christ been more applicable:

“Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;”

May we show more kindness and love. Especially to those who disagree with us.

Is content creation worth it? It's a lot of work!

Is content creation worth it? It's a lot of work!

It's worth it if... 👇🏻

I just got off a call with someone that is incredibly passionate about a specific topic. They want to create a blog and podcast, but they wonder: is it worth it? it's a lot of work.

Here's my answer: What's your end goal?

Are you doing it as a hobby, or do you want it to make money?

Don't get me wrong. A blog and podcast can make A LOT of money.

That said, most people burn out long before they get there.

If you're doing it because it's something you love to do, then you're more likely to make it to the point where it makes money.

Find something you'd do even if it never makes a penny. Then work as hard as you can to make a 1M+ :)

Service

Last week, I committed to posting something faith promoting each Sunday. Today's topic is service.

In business and leadership, I believe that service is one of the most important things you can do. If a business serves their customers, clients, and employees, they'll be successful. If leader serves the people they lead, they'll be an effective leader.

In Matthew 23:11, Christ teaches: "he that is greatest among you shall be your servant." In this simple teaching, he taught the importance of humility and service. He didn't just say that though. He lived it. He, as the literal son of God, spent his entire life in the service of others.
