Social media and technology have just about destroyed relationships in business.
The very thing they were meant to foster and create has all but disappeared.
We're surrounded by fake connections, vanity metrics, and DM sales pitches. REAL genuine connections are becoming rare.
How can we fix this? As marketers, it's our job to create real relationships, brand loyalty, and TRUST with our customers.

Many of you may not know, but I am a devout member of my faith.
Iโve been extremely quiet about it on LinkedIn because I wasnโt sure that a business platform was a good place to talk about religion or faith. Iโve decided to change that. My religion and faith are a huge part of who I am. Theyโve had a huge impact on my values and the way I conduct business.
Starting today, Iโm going to post something faith promoting every Sunday. I believe that spirituality and faith can be a huge force for good in the world... yes, also in business.
Todayโs thought: God loves you. Business can be hard and lonely, but know that you are a child of God and that he is fighting for your success.

We just crossed the threshold! There are now over 800,000 podcasts. Wow!
A few more statistics:
- More than 27.6 million episodes available (this counts only what's in the feeds, not what has ever been released)
- More than 95,000 podcasts have been added in the last 90 days
- More than 24,000 podcasts have been removed in the last 90 days
- Most podcasts with 9 or fewer episodes haven't published in the last 90 days, whereas the majority with 10 or more have.
