Good customer experience -> great brand affinity.

How can you make your customer experience great?

πŸ‘πŸ» CARE about your customer.
πŸ‘‚πŸ» LISTEN to your customer.
πŸ”₯ OBSESS over solving their problems and providing value.

When your customer has an amazing experience two things will happen:

1. They'll return.
2. They'll refer new business

Provide value and value will come back to you.

🀝 Relationships: the key to business growth πŸ“ˆ

πŸ’° Do you want to make more sales?
⬆️ Do you want your business to grow?
πŸ”₯ Do you want to build a powerful brand?

Well of course you do! That's likely why you're on a platform like LinkedIn. Let me make it simple for you. Build REAL relationships and the growth will come.

🚫 Don't just connect with people -
βœ… Engage!
🚫 Don't spam inboxes -
βœ… Have real conversations
🚫 Don't be pushy -
βœ… Find pain points and provide solutions

You'll learn that real connections and real relationships lead to sells... and those sells will lead to testimonials, referrals, and more sells.

You got this!

Annoying Engagement Tactics 🀒

Does this annoy anyone else?

Or how about the classic: "let's grow our network. Like and comment on this post if you're open to connections..." 🀒

In my opinion, this is a sure-fire way to get engagement, but is it even effective?

By using tactics like this you aren't providing any real value.

You aren't targeting your audience and creating brand affinity.

You're simply getting likes and post views.

What's this worth?

I don't know, maybe I'm just grouchy today...

What do you think?

✏️ Is your copy working for you? πŸ“„

✏️ Is your copy working for you? πŸ“„

🚨 This podcast episode will help! πŸŽ™ (Link in the comments)

Words are powerful. Whether talking on a podcast or youtube video or writing copy for a website or social media post, your words give your ideal clients an opportunity to get to know you better. They also attract more of your ideal clients.

On this episode of #TrustCast, I talk with Abby J. Wilson, the master business copywriter, web designer, and developer.

Here are some highlights from our conversation:
- Businesses aren’t investing in copywriting.
- If your copy could be on a competitor’s website, it isn’t good. It should uniquely apply to your business.
- Talk to your customers! Conduct interviews or send out surveys. Use your customer’s words in your copy. Talk like they talk.
- β€œCopy is not written. Copy is assembled.”

Thanks for being on the podcast Abby! It was a great conversation, and I learned a lot.
